Order cut-off times
To ensure your order is prepared and delivered on time we have the following cut-off times:
Monday delivery - 12 noon Thursday prior
Tuesday delivery - 12 noon Friday prior
Wednesday delivery - 12 noon Monday
Thursday delivery - 12 noon Tuesday
Friday delivery - 12 noon Wednesday
Saturday delivery - 12 noon Wednesday
Sunday delivery - 12 noon Wednesday
We can accommodate any changes to your order once placed. However, please note any new orders or changes to your existing order after the cut-off time will incur a charge.
There is also a minimum order of $1000 ex GST required for weekend delivery, excluding delivery fees.
Menu selection
All our current menus are on our website. You can select your preferred items or let our co-ordinators build a menu to suit the requirements of your group. Let us know your budget and preferences and we can do the rest.
Dietary requirements
Our menus are inclusive of dietary friendly items and our team is experienced with handling complex dietary requirements. Our co-ordinators select suitable items for the menu which are wrapped separately, along with a packing slip outlining the dietary items.
Deliveries
Our drivers are dispatched with enough time to allow for any unexpected traffic delays. They aim to arrive before your delivery time to allow for drop-off at your premises.
Unclear access details, security, stairs and parking can delay your delivery. Please provide as much information as possible about your premises to make your delivery a smooth one!
