Terms and Conditions


Purchasing goods from our online store indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

For catering orders, please refer to our Terms of Service.

Ordering and Confirmation

Orders placed online are confirmed with an automatic email to the email address provided.


Changes and Cancellations

If a change needs to be made to an order, we must be notified as soon as possible by emailing deli@foodenvy.nz or calling 04 242 0080.

Adjustments to an order may incur an additional cost.

The kitchen begins preparing orders for the next day at 12pm the day prior. A full refund for cancellations is provided if the kitchen has not prepared the order.

Once our kitchen has started production of your order, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations


Returns and Refunds

Returns

Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns once they have left our kitchen.

Refunds

Please email or call us to request a refund. Once we have conducted all due diligence, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days.

We may also offer a replacement or product voucher in place of a refund. If an offer of replacement or voucher has been accepted, no monetary refund will be available.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Incorrect meals delivered

  • Damaged/broken products

  • Poor quality ingredients

  • Delivery errors out of the customer’s control


Dietary Requirements

We cater for various dietary requirements in our products. We are unable to take custom requests by ordering online unless you contact us before placing your order.

To check whether we can accommodate your dietary requirement, please email catering@foodenvy.nz or call us on 04 242 0080 before placing an order.

Any adjustments to dietary requirements may incur an additional cost.


Allergens

Our kitchen handles nuts, seafood, sesame, gluten, dairy and eggs. While we do our best to avoid any cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food items are completely free of traces of those products.


Availability

All items we sell are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients if necessary. We will inform you if this is the case.
